Server & Technical Service Staff
(Banten - Karawaci)
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve performance of application services and make sure the applications services availability.
  • Coordinate and supervise application and messaging support team.
  • Monitor and control applications server. Perform optimization on application server to improve performance e.g. web server in order to ensure the application availability to support the business requirement.
  • Monitor and follow up messaging server and Blackberry services in order to ensure the IT Helpdesk can deliver the services on time.
  • Help and troubleshoot any problem related to AAJI exam from remote or locally.
  • Maintain current PC Master in order to ensure the PC Master updated base on application components, patches and antivirus.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or System Administrator.
  • Have knowledge on managing and operating PC/Server, Networking and other industry-standard IT related tools - to design and implement solution to support business requirements.
  • General understanding in Life insurance or Finance business and IT industry trend.

Market Intelligence Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of other internal research team members to ensure that data collection and data processing procees as planned, and projects meet prescribed deadlines and budget projections
  • Coordinate quantitative & qualitative Market Intelligence report, including PEST Analysis, Industry overview and market trend analysis.
  • Consolidate and organize competitiveness report (channel, product and service)
  • Liase with Group Office and outside vendor in conducting regular consumer research, including NPS and customer research
  • Conduct any ad-hoc research/study to support specific task
  • Communicated and present the result of any conducted research/study to the senior management and various related stake holder
  • Provide marketing dashboard report
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Market Research or equivalent.
