PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sangatta East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in the world. Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sangatta-East Kalimantan for the positions of:
Specialist Induction & External Training (Code: SPC-IET) - East Kalimantan
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new KPC employees.
  • Keep induction materials updated.
  • Analyze external and in-house training requests against set of required competencies.
  • Maintain a database of courses, training providers and participant feedback, advise training requestors on most appropriate courses, ensure training requestors obtain most suitable and cost-effective service from course providers.
  • Organize in-house training and coordinate administration of external and in-house training.
  • Participate in delivery of management training.
Requirements
  • Experience in training or human resources development (as a guide, minimum 3 years)
  • Tertiary degree in HR Management, English Language, social sciences or other related disciplines.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of KPC culture, business processes, systems and procedures.
  • Skills in training needs analysis, presentation and facilitation.
  • Skills in time management, analytical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa and English (minimum Level 6).
  • Computer skills in MS Office applications.
