Assisting the Packaging Development Manager, with main job objectives as per below:
  • To support the implementation of Reserach & Development packaging element of category program, to ensure smooth implementation in the factory and related parties to get on time and right first time delivery
  • To give relevant customer and technical input for innovation project or improvement of the existing packaging
  • To assist Supply Chain Support and Supply Management Support activities
  • To support in delivering cost effectiveness projects
Qualifications
The must-have for the applicants are:
  • Min Bachelor Degree from relevant science, preferably from Mechanical Engineering

  • Min 1 year experience in packaging field

Job Description
  • The incumbent will assist the Process Development Manager in innovation implementation and Supply Chain improvement activities.
  • This includes innovation on manufacturing methods, process, and plant/ equipment, for new formulations and to develop solutions for manufacturing issues. It also supports loss reduction or capacity increase activities led by Supply Chain.
  • The jobholder will be responsible to help managing the local Supply Chain support program in collaboration with other relevant parties to ensure implementation of global/regional innovation on local level.

Job Description
  • Provide, analyse and reporting market & consumer data, monitoring in regular basis from both available CMI tools as well as other formal/informal sources ie. BPS, euromonitor for the respective category
  • Become CMI contact point for the brand team in respective category, mainly on responding towards tactical business queries related to market/consumer insight
  • Brief and coordinate resource of research partner agencies to provide good quality of data/analysis that is required to answer business burning question
  • manage ad hoc research ie. qualitative Post Launch, preview from briefing up to cascade the result and insight to brand team
