Account Officer (AO)
Requirements
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum S1 from all majors
  • Minimum 3 years experience in same position
  • Having a complete and detailed knowledge of banking products, especially Islamic banking.
  • Enjoys challenges, target oriented and mobile
  • Able to communicate persuasively
  • Strong English language skills both oral and written
  • Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Pelaksana Marketing Support (PMS)
Requirements
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Education minimum D3 from all departments
  • Preferably have minimum 1 year experience as a sales / marketing in micro banking
  • Good communication skills
  • Have proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literate min MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Funding Officer (FO)
Requirements
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Minimum education S1 from all the majors
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience in same position
  • Has a wide network
  • Having a complete and detailed knowledge of sharia banking in particular banking products.
  • Likes challenges, target oriented and mobile
  • Good communication skills, persuasive
  • Have the ability good English written and spoken
  • Ability to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Kepala Warung Mikro (KWM)
Requeirements
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education S1 all the majors
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Officer who handles the micro-finance Banks / RB / S
  • Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
  • Have the ability to build a healthy business portfolio
  • Having a highly motivated and enjoy challenges
  • Having a good personality
  • Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Asisten Analis Mikro (AAM)
Requirements
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education S1 all the majors
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Officer from bank or financial company
  • Have the ability to analyze the potential of a region
  • Have the ability to build a healthy business portfolio
  • Having a highly motivated and enjoy challenges
  • Having a good personality
  • Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Pelaksana Marketing Mikro (PMM)
Requirements
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum D3 all departments
  • Preferably have experience in BPR / S as a marketing
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Have a large enough network
  • Having a highly motivated and enjoy challenges
  • Having a good personality
  • Able to operate a computer at least MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
