Civil Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and monitoring the construction process
  • Analyzing and controlling the implementation of infrastructure design
  • Conduct budget construction and control the implementation
  • Report the construction progress to superior
Requirements:
  • Male, 28-33 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • Experience at least 2 years in Civil Supervisor
  • Expert in civil works of mechanical soil removal (earth works), roads, bridges and infrastructure
  • Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Autocad 2004, MS Project, email, etc
Corporate Legal (Code : LGC)
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with survey team members of issues related to land compensation
  • Conducting studies on land status within the mining area
  • Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents in Indonesian and English
  • Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required
  • Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration
  • Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services
Requirements:
  • Male/Female, age 25-35 years
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Legal from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • Has at least 5 years experiences at legal matters
  • Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws
  • Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
  • Able to speak English fluently
Mining Operational Site Manager (MOS)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to overall site and production activity
  • Planning and monitoring production process and process and conducting production budget
  • Ensuring the quality and safety of production process
  • Leading and managing subordinate and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
  • Male, 35-45 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • Experience at least 5 years as Mine Manager
  • Expert in mine planning, production operations, coal processing, and coal quality control
  • Certified at chief mining are preferable
Health, Safety and Environment Superintendent (HSS)
Responsibilities:
  • Developing HSE management system and programs
  • Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of HSE program
Requirements:
  • Male, 30-35 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards
  • Experience at least 5 years in HSE related position
Project Control Engineer Superintendent (PCE SPT)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide budget project in accordance with approved design plan
  • Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget and assist the project manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure project margin are met with the plan provide and review weekly and monthly costing report
  • Provide forecasting report, set up monthly, yearly budget plan
  • Check and review additional work / day work claim; accessories back charged
  • Review project works progress and report variance cost against budget start from preparing up to final cost report
  • Make a document tender and contracts
  • Review materials and services quotations from supplier / vendor
Requirements:
  • Male, 32-40 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic, Civil, or Mining from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • At least 5 years of working experience on project estimator and cost control
  • Ready to work at HO Jakarta
Geodetic Engineer Supervisor (GES)
Responsibilities:
  • Field data collection including the measurement of situation, topography, point of the drilling, land ownership boundaries, boundary of mines, limit land hoarding
  • Data processing into a calculation of the dimension and volume (area, volume of deposit, etc)
  • Monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure development
Requirements:
  • Male, age 30-35 years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geomatic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • 5 years experience in mining and civil projects (road, bridge, and building)
  • Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc
  • Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCad, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc
Mine Plan Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing annual mine plan in monthly basis
  • Controlling progress of short term mine operation (weekly and daily)
Requirements:
  • Male, age 25-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology or equivalent
  • Has at least 5 years of working experiences in coal mining companies with at least 2 years in mine planning, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad and spreadsheets
  • Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation
  • Ready to work at site area
  • Preparing annual mine plan in monthly basis
  • Controlling progress of short term mine operation (weekly and daily)
Surveyor
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with survey team members on issues related land measurement within the mining area
  • Collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area
  • Determine the measurement system accurately, efficiently, effectively and safety
  • Provide calculation of system and measurement
Requirements:
  • Male, age 22-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Geodesy from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
  • Has at least 2 years of working experiences in Main Survey
  • Familiarity with GPS and Total Station
