Responsibilities:
  • Maintain recruitment database, and organizing recruitment process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring Psychology or Management

Corporate Planning Analyst (code: CPA) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and maintain corporate strategy in FIF head office and branches
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Familiar with Ms. Office
  • Will be placed at FIF head office (Jakarta)
  • Maximum 27 years old
Corporate Legal Analyst (code: CLA) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Review FIF’s Business Agreements, specifically in banking and finance transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring Law
  • Fluent in English both oral and written (TOEFL test min. 480)
  • Familiar with Ms. Office
  • Will be placed at FIF head office (Jakarta)
  • Maximum 27 years old
Budget Analyst (code: FA) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, analyzing and controlling FIF’s budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring Accounting/Management/Finance
  • Familiar with financial terms
  • Familiar to work with Ms. Office
  • Will be placed at FIF head office (Jakarta)
  • Maximum 27 years old
Finance Analyst (code: FA) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and control expenses from all FIF (Head Office and branches)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring Accounting/Management/Finance
  • Familiar with financial terms
  • Familiar to work with Ms. Office
  • Will be placed at FIF head office (Jakarta)
  • Maximum 27 years old
Area Instructor (code: AI) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Delivers training and also as an Agent of Change for FIF’s Culture to all FIF’s branches in the area they are placed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Linguists, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education
  • Having an experience as a trainer will be an advantage
  • Familiar to work with Ms. Office
  • Willing to be located in all FIF branches all around Indonesia
  • Maximum 27 years old
IT Analyst (code: ITA) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a better system for FIF’s business, by developing FIF’s programs or infrastructures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree majoring Information Technology
  • Familiar with Programming Language / SQL (Oracle will be advantages)
  • LAN setting knowledge, WAN base knowledge (router settings)
  • Familiar with relation database
  • Will be placed at FIF head office (Jakarta)
  • Maximum 27 years old
