Drilling Operations Supervisors - Jakarta

Job Description

• The responsibilities are mainly to provide day-to-day onsite supervision of Drilling Operations and become the primary contact with rig and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure operations are performed in accordance with the Drilling Program and in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Requirements of Candidate

• Minimum High School education
• Have Drilling experience in a Supervisory role either for Company or Contractor
• Advanced training in Drilling, Blow Out Prevention Equipment and Procedures, Drilling Fluids Technology, Cementing, Wellbore Stability and Well Site Safety.
• Firm understanding of safety systems and procedures and their implementation to instill strong safety culture.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills and knowleadgeable in well cost management.

Drilling Engineering Specialist - Jakarta

Job Description

• The responsibilities are mainly to maximize the effectiveness of Drilling Engineering support for development well programs, to providetechnical leadership and assist Drilling Engineering Manager. Emphasis will be upon flawless execution of well design.

Requirements of Candidate

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with experience in Drilling Engineering & Drilling Operations with an operating Company.
• Thorough knowledge of drilling engineering, operations and equipment. Abreast of latest technology & practices in directional drilling, tubular design, wellhead design for sour service, drilling fluids, and cementing.
• Strong communication, team and mentoring skills.
