Marketing Budget Controller (MBC) - (Jakarta  - Head Office Pulogadung)
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing monthly report : Sales and Expense Performance, by Brand, by Group, and by Total Division
  • Compile and analyze accounting/finance records and other data to align with Marketing Budget
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or Statistic
  • Min. 2 years experiences in the same field
  • Expert in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
QA Supervisor (QAS) - Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Factory (Gunung Putri)
Responsibilities:
  • Batch production review
  • In-process control
  • Releasing in-process & finished good products
  • Conducting stability study
  • Composing annual product
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Pharmacist
  • Min 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry
  • Customer oriented, detail oriented, and hard worker
  • Able to communicate in English and computer literate
Procurement Staff (PCS) - (Jakarta - Head Office Cilandak)
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates administrative, technical, and professional work related to ensuring that all court units are supplied with the materials, equipment, and services required to function optimally, including ensuring compliance with the appropriate guidelines, policies, and approved internal controls.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Min Bachelor Degree (S1) any discipline
  • Min. 1 year experience in procurement/purchasing, fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
Graphic Designer (GD) - (Jakarta - Head Office Cilandak)
Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce promo material for marketing purposes
  • Design web applications, collaborate with BI Development and BI Report Development
Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in graphic design
  • Min. 1 year experience in producing pharmaceutical promo materials multimedia
  • Have outstanding creativity in design
Librarian (LBR) - (Jakarta - All areas in Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
  • To facilitate Medical Department and team for searching / browsing the update journals, literatures & e-books
  • To update / download newest full paper of journals regularly
  • To manage scientific databank UMED
  • Reporting
Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) any discipline
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Have computer skills
Microbiologist (MCB) - Bogor (Jawa Barat) - Factory (Gunung Putri)
Responsibilities:
  • Leads and coordinate all testing activities in Microbiology Lab., Related to WIP, Finished Goods, Product Stability, Analytical Method Validation and other Validation in accordance with GMP and GLP
  • Ensures that scheduled environmental monitoring, water testing, compressed air monitoring are performed on production and related grey area
  • Check for accuracy of antibiotic test assay, bioburden testing, vitamin activity test assay, preservative efficacy testing, total microbial count and sterility testing of raw material, WIP and Finished Goods
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Pharmacist / Microbiologist
  • Min. 1 year experience, fresh graduated are welcomed
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
