STAFF to PLANT MANAGER (Jakarta Raya - Pasar Rebo)
Responsibilities:
- Handle improvement projects and represent Plant Manager in observing factory's daily operation
- Observe each department, mainly those related to food quality & safety management system
- Make daily and monthly report concerning about FOQUS, WWT, and operation reporting

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Prototype preparation in lab. scale for new products testing, internal panel test, consumer test and product analysis to external lab.
- Conduct internal panel test as well as analyse and report the result.
- Apply new raw materials in indicated recipe and record the result.
- Provide an updated comparison (nutrition values, composition and claim) of competitor products
- Assist in document preparation for new product registration at BPOM as well as Halal registration.
- Record R&D expense mainly for product purchase, lab equipment purchase, and lab analysis fees.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Biology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Have working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent. Job role in Food Technologist/Scientist or Dietitian/Nutritionist.
