DESK COLLECTOR (JAKARTA)
Description of Work
  • Responsible for handling accounts receivable problems. Daily tasks include monitoring accounts receivable and charging bucket by telephone in accordance with applicable procedures to ensure customers meet their obligations while maintaining quality of service.
Qualification
  • Min. D3, age max 28 years
  • Good communication skills especially in terms of persuasion, persistence to finish the job responsibilities, have high integrity and team player

Surveyor (SUR) - Jakarta, West Java, Banten
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for checking the accuracy of customer data in the field, by conducting a survey of customers in terms of character, capacity, capital, conditions and collateral.
Requirements:
  • Min. D3 with GPA min. 3:00
  • Age not more than 27 years
  • Having a strong energy to achieve individual and team targets
  • Independent and have a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and ability to establish relationships
  • Having good persuasion skills to gain commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure

Field Collector (FC) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling accounts receivable problems. Bucket daily tasks include monitoring accounts receivable problems and find the best way of doing the billing of customers who can not meet its obligations, in accordance with applicable procedures and maintaining quality of service.

  • Min. D3 with GPA min. 3:00
  • Age not more than 27 years

Sales Officer (SO) - Jakarta, West Java, Banten
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achievement of target fulfillment loan application through the creation of a warm relationship with the dealer / partner / customer as well as through service excellence (process speed, accuracy of data, information which can be accounted for).
