Sampoerna Microfinance - Sahabat UKM is one of the micro finance institution in Indonesia. The Company founded in 2008 and as one business unit under PT Sampoerna Strategic. The Company aimed to help entrepreneurs of micro, small and medium-sized to grow their business into a larger scale and to empower youth and women to become independent entrepreneurs. The Company will expand its business networks in many cities / regencies in Indonesia, With the expansion of new branch offices spread across the territory of Indonesia Sampoerna Microfinance is providing career opportunities to the best graduates to join the Sahabat UKM through programs of education "Sampoerna Microfinance Academy" for the following positions:


Management Development Program – Bank (MDP-B)
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university and preferably from Economic, Engineering, Agriculture, FISIP and other disciplines relevant to the financial  / banking industry with GPA min. 2.75
  • Having a strong interest in the banking / finance business
  • Maximum age 25 years old; preferably single / not married
  • Willing to follow a classroom education program in Jakarta and then would be placed in office in accordance with company requirements
  • Healthy physical & spiritual
  • Pass the selection tests
