- Under general supervision, coordinates and oversees Baroid Surface Solutions service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
- Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators.
- Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
- Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance
Requirements
- A minimum of diploma three (D3)
- Minimum two years of experience as Service Supervisor or multiple years as a Service Operator. Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required.
- The ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.

Responsibilities
- Under broad direction assists in the development of the Company's financial and accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures
- Performs complex account reconciliations and associated analysis
- Prepares and posts journal vouchers which may include consolidations and eliminations
- Researches and resolves general accounting issues and transactions
- Meets deadlines and workswell under pressure to produce accurate and timely results
- Interacts with other departments and business units to resolve financial related issues
- Gathers financial information for report preparation
- Job role is developmental and intended to expose incumbents to many aspects of accounting, financial analysis and reporting
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (S1 Accounting) preferably Registered Accountant
- 3-5 years related experiences preferably with auditor background
- Having good knowledge and experienced with ERP system preferably SAP
- Understanding and updated with accounting standards (US GAAP, PSAK/IFRS)
- Fluency in English

Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, responsible for the development and implementation of the drilling fluids, completion fluids or Surface Solutions system recommendations, work process procedures and well bore management practices used in providing a complete well bore and waste management solution to the client.
- Provides primarily remote supervision of the Field Service Representatives or Service Supervisors assigned to his projects.
- Oversees the post-well audit process and is responsible for delivering to the client all information relevant to management of the well bore construction process
- Candidate must possess at least an Engineering Bachelor's Degree, At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced to manage both Operation and Client
- Experience in rig site drilling fluids, completion fluids or Surface Solutions management which includes experience in the administration of all sub product line specific rig site operations, application of critical thinking
- Abilities to recognize and solve problems independently, development of recommendations for Well bore and Waste Management procedures, oversight and optimization of the solids control equipment configuration.
- Supervised completion of the post-well audit, knowledge of the Halliburton SAP purchase order system, unsupervised completion of the post-well audit.
