Credit Quality Officer (CQO Micro Banking)
Responsibilities
  • Carry out the functions of credit operations, storage and documentation of collateral credit
  • Conduct performance analysis, and monitoring human resource function of GA
Requirements
  • Maximum age 35 years
  • Minimum S1 with GPA of at least 2.50
  • Do not have a immediate family work at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
  • Having Work experience in credit administration officer, loan officer or a marketing officer and including field supervision.
  • Master MS. Office
  • Region placement: Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Denpasar, Jayapura, and surrounding areas

Credit Administrasi Officer (CAO Micro Banking)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage micro-credit unit
  • Give appropriate credit decisions limit the authority
  • Develop and maintain loan portfolio of credit to stay healthy
Requirements
  • Maximum age 35 years
  • Minimum S1 with GPA of at least 2,50
  • Do not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
  • Having Work experience with responsibility for evaluating, analyzing credit banking, financial, and multi-unit including supervising the work
  • Having work experience in the field of micro-credit and two years of which have led the microfinance unit
  • Have good communication skills, neat, polite with high confidence is a plus
  • Region placement: Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Banjarmasin, Makassar, Denpasar, Jayapura (dan sekitarnya).

Desk & Field Collector
Responsibilities
  • Conduct reminder and or billing for credit card holders
Requirements
  • Minimum education D3 (preferably S1 with min GPA 2.75)
  • Maximum age of 24.00 years for fresh graduates
  • Maximum age of 27.00 years as a collector for an experienced (min. 4 years experience as a collector)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Willing to be located in: Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Makassar
