HR Officer Vendor Management - Jawa Barat (Narogong)
Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- To manage and ensure all vendor follow governance regulation and labour policy, verify and optimize contract and outsourcing activities as per company policies, regulations and business objectives
- To ensure human rights are protected during employment of outsourcing
Education:
- S1 degree, from Engineering, Law, Psychology or other relevant discipline
- Experience to work on Human Resources for minimum 3 years
- Experience in dealing effectively with people at a senior level within an organisation
- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Having good interpersonal skill, communication skill
- Knowledge on HR Operations (CLA, Company Policies and Procedures)
- Knowledge on industrial and labour law
- Knowledge on HR Reporting (Holcim Information Platform)
- Knowledge and able on presentation skill

- Assisting market intelligence manager & senior market analysts to research market trends and prepare possible scenarios to allow informed decision making, with specific focus on various data gathering & compilation as well as actively sourcing for relevant data that may enhance market analysis
Education:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (from reputable university)

- To analyse and review of product quality always meet with both internal & external requirement according to the agreed and defined specifications
- To monitor implementation of all quality policies and procedures to ensure consistency of the product quality

Education:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Science, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Quality Control and Assurance analyst with 5 years’ experience

- To provide professional, technical and process engineering support for the plant operations, specifically (but not limited) for Product Quality improvement (including clinker, raw material and fuel)

Education:
- Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
- Minimum 3-5 year experience in relevant field.
