PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) - West Madura Offshore (WMO), is a national operator of Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia, in the business of oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation. In line with our expansion plan, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO is currently seeking candidates to fill the following position:

Specialist Process & System Development - Jakarta - (Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO – Office Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore
Summary Responsibilities :
  • Providing analysis on business process or system development to support continuous improvement initiative in Supply Chain department – MM System Section, in order to perform comprehensive analysis, feedback and improvement for Supply Chain excellence
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA minimum 3.0
  • Experienced on Business and System Analyst, SAP Consultant (IT Background)
  • Technical compentencies:
    • SAP skill
    • Business procedure
    • Project Management
    • Functional Design Analysis
    • .Net, .Asp Programming
    • Good command in English; both speaking & written
    • Proficient computer literacy
Officer Compensation & Benefit - Jakarta - (Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO – Office Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore
Summary Responsibilities :
  • Under general direction from Coordinator Personel Service & Industrial Relation
  • Perform the function of Compensation & Benefit analysis, monitoring, and development
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology
  • Having experience in Human Resources are, exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Technical compentencies:
    • C&B Analysis Development
    • Job Evaluation & Analysis
    • Good command in English; both speaking & written
    • Proficient computer literacy (MS-Excel)
    • Have strong analytical thinking, able to perform problem solving, and pro-active
    • Certify GRP is preferable
