Staff Fund Administration - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
  • In this role, you will responsible to administered all the Pension / Mutual / Discretionary Fund operations which include executing the fund manager / client instructions on a daily basis; perform day to day accounting booking and valuations which yield the Mutual / Pension / Discretionary Fund NAV on a daily basis; compliance checking for the individual fund maintained; provide high quality services to the local fund managers by maintaining good relationship and responding to enquiries from the fund managers / clients and other sections within the department or other department.

  • Monitor incoming scan from branches

Responsibilities :
  • In this role you willlead and manage a sub-set of client service team which focuses on driving cash management relationship post sales process; ensuring revenue committed being realized in a timely manner, grow and penetrate existing wallet-share through proactive relationship management and cross-sell new products and / or services. Stringent portfolio and revenue will be key aspects to manage.
Requirements :

  • In this role, you will responsible to provide sound credit risk analysis of the corporate and investment banking clients within the agreed time frame and to reduce potential loss to the bank.
Requirements :
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Hold a minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting / Finance.
  • Has minimum 5 years relevant experience in Financial / Banking institution.
  • Possess strong credit risk skills and good knowledge of corporate banking, investments and / or trade products and ability to interpret meaningful information from financial accounts.
  • Has standard knowledge of credit application process preferably in corporate banking.
  • Possess good knowledge on economic indicators and awareness on industry sectors.
  • Ability to maintain good quality of output under pressure condition and tight deadline, and ability to maintain a high level of intense concentration for a prolonged period.
  • Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with customers as well as within the Bank.
