Responsibilities:
- Training: You will get a comprehensive training for about 6 months which consists of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader(s) by providing knowledge and direct practice on our core business
- Has a bachelor degree from reputable university
- GPA min 2.75
- Max. 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
- Strong academic background from any disciplines
- Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
- Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English
- Willingness to be located throughout Indonesia is a must

- Managing assessment process in Talent Performance Management
- Analyzing and Facilitating Assessment Process
- Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
- Bachelor degree (GPA min 2.75) from any major
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Having min. 1 year experience in Assessment and Human Resource Development
- Energetic, having business sense & drive for result
- Good communication skill and analytical thinking
- Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
- Proficient in English
Responsibilities:
- Tasked to control IT projects (time, budget, Documentation)
- Minimum Bachelor / S1 majoring in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- Maximum 5 year study period
- Maximum age 30 years

- Understanding of the SDLC, MS Office, excel master, project, etc.
