Officer Development Program of Small Medium Enterprise (ODP-SME) - Jakarta, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia
Job Descriptions :
  • ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, candidates who have the potential and ambition. By attend an intensive training and development program, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in Corporate Banking unit, which is in BII branch network especially in Jakarta Raya area and then developed to be BII future leaders.
  • By considering the importance of this program for BII business growth, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
  • Officer Development Program of Small Medium Enterprise & Commercial is a program that offers accelerated career for you, candidates who has the potential and ambition. By attend intensive training and development program for 12 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in SME units of BII branch network in Jakarta, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Indonesia Bagian Timur areas and to be developed as a BII Future Leader. Given the importance of this program for BII business growth, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Maximum age 26 years old for Bachelor (S1) and 29 years old for Master (S2)
  • Target oriented
  • Possess good interpesonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Selection test will held in Jakarta, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia
