Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Frequent contact with customer either by telephone or face to face
- Resolve and handle customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments
- Male/Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Good command in spoken & written English.
- Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Responsible for sales planning, result analysis, and sales report.
- Sales calls to Hospitals, Clinical Laboratory and Clinics, Health Care Professionals, Government Institution, and Company.
- Create growth sales in the assigned area
- Looking for new customers, make relationship with key leaders in hospital channel.
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities
- At least 2 years experience in medical device/pharmaceutical sales and sales management
- Minimum of 2 years’ healthcare industry experience, preferably in selling medical devices and disposables
- Posses nursing background are encouraged to apply.
- Good command in English
- Hard working and target oriented

Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial functions of a confidential nature and administrative services at middle or senior management level and to provide administrative assistance for the department
- Perform all secretarial and administration duties, such as take minutes of meeting, making telephone calls, arrange appointments, travel arrangement including hotel reservation and ticket, filling, etc
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Detail oriented and highly initivative.
- Proficient in English.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Having experience in handling expatriate is an advantage.

Job Summary :
- Oversees daily departmental activities of the financial planning and analysis, forecasting/budgeting/ for departmental cost
- Prepares and coordinates monthly management reporting
- Prepares analysis and evaluation of the business' operating results and prepares short- and long-range financial forecasts for the Consumer business
- Prepare and consolidate financial forecast for Consumer business
- Prepare the reporting of financial forecast in the J&J system
- Support the preparation of ad-hoc financial analysis / business review presentation
- Coordinate the monthly management reporting to the regional office
- Support the tracking of advertising and promotion spending and the overheads of Sales/Marketing/Support Functions on monthly basis
- Coordinate the month-end closing for the advertising and promotion spending of the marketing department
- Have at least Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting or Finance
- Having relevant working experience, preferrably from FMCG industry
- Have exposure on business planning
- Business partnering / management accounting experience will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skill and strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English communication skills both verbal and writing
- Strong in Excel
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing environment
