Shift Coordinator Quality Control (Code: SCQC)
Requirements :
- Preferably Mining Engineer or Geology (S1 degree) with a minimum 2 years experience in mining operation (preferably in coal quality control or grade control).
- Good knowledge of training and development programs available and the systems and processes to be used to nominate personnel for that training and development.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
- Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
- Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Mining Engineering.
- Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
- Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
- Having experience in using MINEX software.
- Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Metallurgical / Mining / Geology / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent with 3 -5 years experience working in coal quality environment.
- Recognize and understand coal quality and standards to analyze coal, for example ISO, ASTM BS etc.
- Statistical Process Control and computer literacy is essential for interpretation the data.
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 with 5 years experience or Bachelor (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering are preferable.
- Have basic Mechanical knowledge of mining or heavy equipment, warehouse and part management system, procurement & KPC maintenance policy manual.
- Have decision making, high motivation & strong leadership.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences.
- Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plants electrical and control systems.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction /operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure to capital projects.
- Understand project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
- Familiar /experience working in a dynamic project environment.
Requirements :
- Have experience and proven skills in administering UNIX (Linux & HPUX) and Windows servers (minimum 3 years) with a broad knowledge in the fields of computing.
- Have good knowledge of UNIX and Windows server operating systems.
- Have a degree in computing or other relevant subjects, and/or holding a relevant certificate(s) from Microsoft or recognized organization in computing services.
Requirements :
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Education or Social Sciences, or Studies with core concentrations in human resources management or business.
- Considerable experience in the delivery of managerial and leadership subjects (as a trainer for minimum 5 years).
- Have knowledge of adult learning theory, the methods and principles of curriculum and training design, and the best practices for teaching groups and individuals.
- Instructional and facilitation skills.
- Time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to formulate learning objectives, to evaluate training effectiveness, and to assess training needs.
- Have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel regarding training needs for management.
Requirements :
- Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in Accounting, Engineering or a Business discipline with 5 years relevant work experience in manufacturing, mining or heavy engineering industries, encompassing a broad range of practical financial, production, maintenance, technical and people management issues.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
