Each year, departments in PTFI asked to place new graduates from different fields of study. These requests are collected by the Department of Quality Management Services PTFI. Potential candidates sought from reputable universities. Candidates screened and then selected. Placement opportunities include:

  • Implementing New Graduates Development Programme (GDP) which is designed to acquire, develop and retain young professionals.
  • Provide opportunities to develop competency-based national graduates who elected.

QMS works with accredited universities in Indonesia for the process of selecting candidates. Selection Criteria
  • Academic Requirements: Candidates enrolled in university degree program or have successfully completed a program, the chosen field of study, at a university in Indonesia or abroad (GPA 2.8)
  • Preliminary Selection Test: Candidates are required to meet corporate standards
  • Preliminary Selection Interviews indicate that the candidate: Has Fast determination and tenacity to learn and responsive to feedback
  • Indicates a high level of integrity Core Competence Standards In accordance with PT Freeport Indonesia, in accordance with the values ​​and culture of PT Freeport Indonesia, showed a willingness to achieve results, like the idea of ​​living in remote areas
  • Indicates a good English skills
  • No more than 2 years after graduation.
