
Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maximize HRIS usage to be able to cover recruitment, training, development, time attendance, performance management, and other modules
- Actively and creatively look for improvement from manual to automation system, and implement it
- Work closely with vendor and other HR officers or IT to make function HR modules in HRIS
- Maintain and update employee database
- Prepare HR monthly report
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT or equivalent
- Required skill(s): website client and server knowledge, Microsoft Officer especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Word.
- Preferred skill(s): PHP, MySQL, Oracle, ColdFusion, or HRIS Sunfish
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Project planning and project management skills; ability to develop short-term plans/goals
- Flexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities or work environments
- Strong customer service orientation (i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in HRIS or equivalent.
- Willing to work hard and able to learn fast.
- Can join in a short notice
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in any field
- Having at least 1 year working experience
- Age max 30 years old
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin
- Able to work within flexible time
- Have an interest in television program production process
