<b style="color: red;">Mechanical Supervisor</b><br />
Job Description    <br />
<ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Provides supervision to Mechanical technicians in completing daily tasks in mechanical craft</li>
<li>Provides operability/maintainability inputs through out the project  stages (design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning /start-up  of Mechanical equipment maintenance and operations</li>
<li>Involve in the development and validation of Mechanical maintenance  procedures including maintenance personnel training to ensure required  competency/skills are available.</li>
<li>Works together with the project team in the development,  commissioning and start up stages including mechanical turnover process.</li>
</ul><div style="text-align: left;">Requirements of Candidate</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Experience in Oil and Gas field mechanical maintenance and supervision of mechanical maintenance teams</li>
<li>Advanced troubleshooting & repair skills in gas turbines and  controls (GE or Solar preferred), large centrifugal pumps and  centrifugal gas compressors</li>
<li>Troubleshooting and repair experience in oil/gas support systems (steam systems, nitrogen generators, air compressors, etc)</li>
<li>Possess a polytechnic diploma or D3 certificate with a 3.0 GPA  (preferred); or a high school certificate (IPA / SMK Technical) for  position : ES, MRS, ICS, MS</li>
<li>Possess a High school or Vocational (SMK Technical) School  certificate, preferably enhanced by related technical school courses for  position : CRO, LO, SS</li>
<li>Fluent in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is essential</li>
<li>Good Analytical and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Good communications skills (upward and downward) and interpersonal  and team work skills are essential – understands M&R KPI’s and their  significance</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership abilities in safety excellence (e.g. behavioral based safety, etc)</li>
<li>Able and willing to actively mentor technicians (technical skills and safety)</li>

</ul><div style="text-align: left;"><b style="color: red;">Plant Operations Supervisor</b><br />
Job Description    </div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>During  commisioning, start up and through operations, will ensure FSO (Floating  Storage Offloading) is operated and maintained in a safe and functional  mode while managing multiple interfaces and expectations.</li>
<li>Provides operability and operational safety inputs in the early stages of the project.</li>
<li>Provide input into FSO conditions for the daily and “look-ahead” activity planning and progress reports</li>
<li>Participates in the development of operating and maintenance procedures</li>
<li>Participates on the System Completion team to initiate start up steps in an approved sequence or procedure.</li>
</ul><div style="text-align: left;">Requirements of Candidate</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Will  hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer – Steam or Motor) STCW certificate  of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum  Endorsement.</li>
<li>Have served for sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers  completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.</li>
<li>Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required.</li>
<li>Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial</li>
<li>Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable.</li>
<li>A high level of computer skills is essential.</li>
<li>Good communications (upward and downward) and teamwork skills are essential</li>
<li>Demonstrated background in behavioral based safety.</li>
<li>Willingness to stay at the training facilities for a 1 – 2 years  training program, and / or company’s field site in Indonesia or overseas  for 1 – 2 years.</li>

Job Description    </div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Responsible  for the safe and efficient control and co-ordination of all aspects of  the FSO engine room operations, power management, hotel support, and  utility system operational activities. First line maintenance skills  will also be required.</li>
</ul>Requirements of Candidate<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Will hold a valid Class 2 (Second  Engineer) or Class 3 (Third Engineer) STCW certificate of competency for  unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.</li>
<li>Have served for at least 2 years sea time as a Third Engineer or  Fourth Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar  capacity on F[P]SO operation.</li>
<li>Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required.</li>
<li>Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.</li>
