<li>Graduated from SMA/ MA/ SMK with minimum NEM/ UAN average score 6.5;   for IV grade students, minimum Mathematics and Physics score of   Semester IV and V Report Card is 6.5</li>
<li>For Rank 1 to 10 please attach Surat Keterangan Ranking from the School</li>
<li>Maximum age 20 years old</li>
<li>Minimum height 155 cm and 165 cm for PDKB with proportional weight</li>
<li>Sound mind and body, do not have eye disorders, not suffer from epilepsy</li>
<li>Not tattoed and pierced</li>
<li>Not smoking and free of illegal drugs</li>
<li>Currently not in working bond with other istitution</li>
<li>Pass in all selection stages</li>
