Risk Analyst - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Monitoring business plan to identify risks regularly
- Perform routine analysis in regards of the Companies activities & action that might have risk.
- Doing routine risk management activity follow the risk management system
- Take follow up construction insurance and operation insurance.
- Analyze risk of contingency affairs in the respect of corporate finance and economy
- Plan, direct, control, monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in risk management area
Position Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in finance or business administration
- Over 3 years of business insurance experience, construction insurance or operation insurance (experience in plant business is given advantage)
Responsibilities
- Provide all information to be used as an input and initiate draft for corporate strategy and planning for company’s core & non-core (if any) business strategy and actions.
- Contribute in supporting other departments for its strategic development.
- In collaboration with Business Performance Monitoring Department to make preparation company’s long term objectives & strategy, annual Planning and Budget.
- Analyze current business competitive status against similar industry.
- Keep monitoring the strategic business activities and related budgets to ensure that activities are being conducted in accordance with planning.
- Support the reliability of project risks’ analysis and mitigation mechanism. (In collaboration with, if necessary).
- Monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in planning area
Position Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in management or finance
- Over 5 years of industry experience, including 2-3 years in Strategic, Planning and Business Development
Responsibilities
- Providing macro and industry strategic indicators and assumptions to be utilized by other departments.
- Economic profit and loss calculations based on certain assumptions and parameters with other department.
- Prepare data related to company competitiveness.
- Update the most appropriate economic model for DSLNG along its lifespan
- Monitors all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Economics area
Position Requirements

- Over 3 years of industry experience, including 1-2 years in Planning, Finance, Business Development or Commercial role and finance
Responsibilities
- Perform research to assist in development of short and long range Strategic Business/ Corporate Plan/ Strategy
- Perform routine analysis in regards of the companies activities & action that might have business impact as per direct supervisor supervision
- Coordinate and Prepare Various report for Internal Management e.g. MIR
- Perform in-depth analysis of the Corporate Blue-Print and Business Plan Milestone Achievement to ensure DSLNG is on “right track”
- Collaborate with other Department to assist in Budget Preparation and Monitoring process
- Ensure that appropriate management information system are in place in DSLNG so that process output is measured and the effectiveness of any improvement is quantified. "Informed decision making for BOD - easy access/ ease of understanding, timely"
- Plan, direct, control, monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Business Performance Monitoring area
- Ensure Operational Expenditure performance within the area of responsibility
Position Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in finance or accounting is preferred
- Over 3 years of industry experience, including 1-2 years in Planning, Finance, Business Development or Commercial role and financial advisory services
Responsibilities
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the company and assist to develop models to achieve the objectives; Evaluate performance against planned targets; Assess performance against standards and benchmarks; ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of KPI across directorates
- Ensure the implementation of performance planning, operation expenditure, project capital are in accordance with agreed KPI.
- Assist in developing the key process and improvement initiatives and the associated key performance measures required to achieve the DSLNG business plan.
- Assist to develop appropriate management information system in DSLNG so that process output are measured and the effectiveness of any Improvement are quantified. "Informed decision making for BOD - easy access/ ease of understanding, timely"

- Monitor DSLNG Milestone achievement in line with Corporate “Blue Print” of Business Process Architecture Performance
- Assist in developing and maintaining Directorate Milestone schedule
- Develop and monitor directorate annual routine budget
- Assist in corporate budget review and re-visit assumption relevancy
- Ensure Operational Expenditure performance within the area of responsibility
- Ensure resources availability and develop personnel within the area of responsibility
Position Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or financial discipline (MBA/MM is an advantage)
- Over 5 years experience in oil and gas industry and derivative product including 2 years in Operation, Planning, Finance, Business Development or Commercial role.
Responsibilities
- Contribute in assisting the department in preparing overall administration required in preparing alternative gas sources
- Contribute in assisting the department in preparing overall administration required in preparing trading of non-core LNG products
- Contribute in preparing the commercial reports in relation to gas alternative sources and/or non core LNG product trading activities
- Promote and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Gas Procurement area
Requirements
- Male/Female
- Bachelor in any relevant discipline
- 2 - 3 years experience (oil & gas or LNG industries would be an advantage)
