Finance Commercial Analyst for Procurement
Core responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for review of procurement costs across the function, including provision of data and consolidation of information in budgeting and periodic forecasting to ensure appropriate management of Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) funds and the proper allocation of resources to meet business demands. 
  • Provide accounting information and consolidated reporting to commercial management, national office supply chain function and other Finance business areas as required.  Effectively control the provision of information in the spending of company, providing regular, accurate and timely information as required by the business. Monitor spending and processes to ensure costs are maintained to agreed budget levels.
  • Ensure compliance to CCA controls and process across functional areas via managing regular audits, reviewing cost anomalies, identifying trends and communicating to business partners the methodology and procedures that exist.
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
  • Holding a minimum of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economics/ Management/ Accounting or any discipline relevant.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in Commercial or Finance environment
  • Technical Competencies required:
    • P/L Statements, Balance sheets, Cashflow statements
    • Spreadsheeting to moderate level
    • System knowledge of Oracle, SAP, other
  • Fulfilling the standard requirements of CCAI Core Competencies:
    • Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, Collaboration
    • Leadership Competencies: Planning & Executing, Developing Others, Managing Performance, Financial Acumen, and Decision Making.
Commercial Analyst - for Investment
Core responsibilities will include:
  • Support CDE (Cold Drink Equipment) commercial analysis for Cold Drink team for strategic/potential placement decision by building and maintaining financial models and scenario analysis (what if analysis).
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of commercial management tools for CDE performance that enable greater effectiveness of decision making and process delivery:
    • Monitor CDE performance, identify analyse and develop recommendations to drive delivery of specific channel objectives.
    • Maintain and update financial models with up to date assumptions and identify key differences which impact result.
    • Provide post implementation review regularly around executed CDE activities against plan/forecast and pre-evaluation justification to learn from past decisions.
    • Work closely with the capital projects group to deliver  CDE capex projects
    • Work with CDE and sales teams to ensure CDE placed in market are tracked and appropriately managed to business requirements. Also, provide analysis on cooler’s profitability impact to customer as well as to company.
    • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
  • Holding a minimum of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economics/ Management or any discipline relevant.
  • Min. 4-6 years of working experience in Finance area, preferably from FMCG industry and /or Multinational Company.
  • Technical Competencies required:
    • P/L Statements, Balanced Statements
    • Assets management
    • Sales & Marketing knowledge
  • Fulfilling the standard requirements of CCAI Core Competencies:
    • Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, Collaboration.
    • Leadership Competencies: Building & Managing Partnership and Facilitating Change.
