RUTIN JKT - MT. HUMAN RESOURCE (MT. HR - A19)
Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible in the area of HR Operation and HR System to optimise the organization's effectiveness. One of your are is recruitment which is the fulfillment of manpower needs in the company through sourcing, testing and placement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in all major (preferably from Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, and Legal).
  • GPA min. 3.00.
  • Fresh graduate or max. 1 year of experience.
  • Passionate in Human Resources / People Development.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skill.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Actively involve in campus organization activities.
