ISY0023 - General Supervisor - IT Infrastructure Architec
Responsibility
- Manage the planning, installation, operation and maintenance of all servers and communication systems supporting all operational areas. Servers systems including : Windows and Unix Servers. Communication systems including : PABX Systems, UHF Radio systems, WAN/LAN systems, fiber-optic transmission systems and cable TV distribution systems
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Tertiary education (Bachelor Degree) in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- At least 10 years experience in managing a large-scale of multi-platform IT environment that consists of Windows, Citrix, Unix, Linux and Sun Solaris platforms, PABX systems, WAN/LAN systems, IP Telephony, UHF Radio systems and frequency licensing
- Experience in designing High Availability Cluster and Storage Area Network systems
- Strong knowledge of Networking Technologies, Network Architecture, Network Infrastructure Technologies, Network Protocols, Network Layers, Internet, Leased Lines, VSAT, SNMP, DHCP and DNS
- Strong knowledge in information networks and communication networks (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, Satellites)
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN experience with LAN/WAN equipment including routers, hubs, switches wireless access point and firewalls
- Understand Internet Technologies - HTTP, networking, TCP/IP, FTP, WAP etc, Java/J2EE/J2ME, XML, XSLT, HTML
- Understand IT Security and Disaster Recovery Planning
- Candidates with CCNA and other related certifications will highly be considered
- At least 5 years experience at managerial level
- Good knowledge of IT Project Management and Project Management Office
- Strong team leadership skill. Ability to communicate, motivate and supervise staffs
- Ability to cope and thrive in high pressure and deadline oriented project environment
- Experience in planning, strategy, business process and methodology development
- Strong results orientation, high energy, focus with good business judgment
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication
- Excellent both written and spoken English is mandatory
Responsibility
- To provide support to IT on the application development project, management and implementation. This position is responsible to ensure that all application development projects follow and comply with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- The position must also participate in the continuing development of Newmont’s and PTNNT’s SDLC policies, procedures and guidelines, and is responsible for monitoring adherence to, and reporting against those policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
- Tertiary education (Bachelor Degree) in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in software development related position, preferably in a large IT industry
- Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong team leadership skill. Ability to communicate, motivate and supervise staffs

Responsibility:
- This position will be responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising the work of a contracted security group at Sumbawa and Mataram including the management of all security administrative affairs at the respective sites allocated and will be responsible for the investigation of alleged or suspected offences and threats to NNT property, operations and personnel
- Diploma degree and good communication in English is preferable
- Certified of competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
- 5 years experience in managing the people with the same field
- Good in manage the people
