Marketing Communication Staff (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Helping in the marketing communication departement
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
  • Male candidates preferable since job holder require candidate's to be mobile
  • Most prefer having any kind of experience from advertising agency
  • Required skill(s): Design, Graphic.

Responsibilities
  • set up and maintain filing systems
  • coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
  • organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • organize internal and external events
  • maintain schedules and calendars
  • arrange and confirm appointments
  • handle incoming mail and other material
  • set up work procedures
  • prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • liaison with internal and external contacts
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or Others.
  • English communication preferable
  • Female candidate with max age 30 yo preferable

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance with minimum 2 years experience in procurement/purchasing or supply chain area
