Supervisory Financial Management Analyst


Basic Function of Position
  • The incumbent manages and monitors funds control for all post held allotments under Program. A key component of the duties includes preparing the field budget plan for Jakarta, and constituent posts including Surabaya and Medan. The field budget plans are used in the Mission Strategic Plan and other long term planning.
  • The primary performance of these duties places the incumbent in contact with key management officials with the primary purpose of preparing and disseminating financial reports to Financial Management Officer and others as needed.

Supply Clerk/ Warehouseman
Basic Function of Position
  • As a Team Leader, the incumbent is responsible for the storage, retrieval of all office and household furniture at the warehouse. S/He performs the day-to-day activities in delivery/pick-up furniture and equipment. S/He also performs other general warehouse function duties as requested by the Supervisor.

Shipping Assistant/ Chauffeur
Basic Function of Position
  • The incumbent responsible to facilitate the importation, free entry, customs clearance, release and delivery of OBO and Contractor air and sea official shipments to post in support of multi-million dollar construction contracts at the projects. S/He operates motor vehicles to transport personnel, official visitors, cargo, or documents within the city and surrounding area.  Maintains vehicle in clean and serviceable condition and purchases fuel for all project vehicles.  Completes daily vehicle logs and accounts for all gas expended. Overtime and weekend work will be required.

  • Completion a College Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or Finance, International Relations or Construction related degree is required.
  • Minimum three years progressive experience in managing logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance is required.

  • Must be familiar with the Indonesian government’s policies and diplomatic privileges, Indonesian Customs and Traffic Code, Customs requirements and procedure for importation and exportation of goods shipments.   • Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills. Mechanic (Carpenter)
Basic Function of Position
  • The incumbent performs full journey level in carpentry and building construction trade. S/He performs wood construction, renovation, installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on extensive range of small and large wood structures and wood accessories for various Governments held properties.

  • Minimum High School Diploma is required.
  • At least two years direct experience in maintenance, repair and construction of carpentry type of work is required.

  • Must have knowledge of standard rules and regulations, some local sources of material and products, local cultures, customs and attitudes in each different region. Electronics Technician
Basic Function of Position
  • The incumbent repairs, maintains and installs all electrical wiring, lighting, and electrical distributions systems associated with Government owned and leased properties and the Embassy Compound. This includes electronics control and components of equipment maintained by the Facility Management Section, such as power distribution, ATS, UPS, emergency generator, elevator, water treatment, lighting, A/V system, as well as fire alarms and existing security residential alarm system.

Security Investigator
Basic Function of Position
  • The incumbent assists the Site Security Coordinator (SSC) to maintain a secure environment on active construction sites. S/He will respond to security emergencies as directed by the OBO SSC, conducts security investigations and maintains contact with host government authorities. The position will be for both the Leased Swing Space and Compound Swing Space projects.

  • Bachelor degree in Police, Military or Law is required.
  • At least three years of progressively responsible experience in security/investigative work with a military, police or private security organization with a minimum of two years of experience in Investigations.

Must possess the ability to translate both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and accurately comprehend detailed investigative and security procedures/regulations which are written in English.
