Requirements:
- Student(s) from reputable university majoring in Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Active, energetic and communicative

- Designation : Intern students for Continuous Improvement System & Industrial Engineering department
- Internship period : January - February 2012 (two months)
- Stationed : Goodyear Indonesia Head Office, Bogor, West Java
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible to assure the material and process are within corporate specifications and improve an existing production process and develop recommendation for changes of working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, cost and wastage - Increase yield and productivity - and improve the quality and consistency of final product.
- Education and/or experience equivalent with Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering field
- Professional experiences in manufacturing area, preferably in compounding role
- Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and statistic skills
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes includes the point of company's goals & business improvement systems
- Demonstrated strong analytical thinking
- Good in both oral and written in English
- High initiative, work under minimum supervision
- Computer literate (MS office is a must)
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with manufacturing, sales, customer satisfaction and supply chain to create timely, cost-effective import/export supply chains. Responsible for handling the technical details of international transportation - multiple modes, complex documentation, and varying customs regulations, developing distribution strategies, and building relationships with logistics intermediaries. Serves as a troubleshooter, dealing with problems inherent in moving freight long distances and holding inventory in Goodyear Indonesia warehouses.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics for Manufacturing industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in Managerial level
- Acknowledgement and experience in using SAP will be an advantage
- Experience with Six Sigma or other methodical process improvement methodology is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skill
- Sharp analytical skill, positive outlook and enthusiastic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent English both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working knowledge of all operations within assigned plant department
- To be better prepared to coordinate the study and implementation of proposed changes
- To help production and staff departments when problem arise.
- Providing for plant management such information, studies, and recommendations that are needed for improvement in the utilization of personnel and facilities to maximize quality output at lowest possible cost
- To control the required machine capacities, manning and cost are meet the annual operating plant
- This position also is committed to protecting the environment, health and safety of our associates, customers and the communities where we operate.
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering discipline
- Having more than 1-5 years solid experience in Industrial engineering / Continuous Improvement exposure 1. Man power optimization, 2. Quick change over, 3. Kaizen, 4. 5S. , 5. Hands-on / floor experience., 6. Understand process flow / VSM, 7. Self-motivated person, high initiative and able to work under minimum supervision, 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work., 9. Individually as well as in a team
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales team and tokos to develop and execute required training on technology applications and solutions that related to tire/automotive industry
- Design and executing technical training programs that meet Company and customer needs
- Bachelor degree from reputable University
- Has 1 - 5 years experience in training technology and/or service
- Training certifications desired
- Proven track record in improving customer retention
- Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to traveling and relocate (if needed)
- Well organized, should be self motivated person with high initiative
- Good presentation skills & willing to work under minimum supervision
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facility by application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
- Experience minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
- Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
- Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Good English both oral & written
