About the Program:
- You will get comprehensive training for about 6 months, which consist of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader(s) by providing knowledge and direct practice on the Company's core business.
- Education S1 from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum age 26 years
- Fresh graduates or max. 2 years experience
- Strong academic background from any major
- Energetic, having business sense, and drive for result
- Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be located throughout Indonesia
