Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 Civil

Utilities Supervisor (U.S.)
Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 Civil / ME
  • Experience in the supervision of the network aspects of clean water, dirty water, jaringanlistrik, telephone and other utilities in the housing at least 3 years
  • Mastering Microsoft Office
  • Can work with strict targets
  • Can work individually or team
  • Male age max 35 years
Site Utilities Manager ME (SMM)
 Requirements:
  • Minimal S1 Civil
  • Experience in network management aspects of the field of clean water, dirty water, electricity, telephone and other utilities in the housing of at least 5 years

Building Manager (BM)

  • S1 Legal Education
  • Maximum age 28 years
  • Experience in property min 2 years

Marketing Executive (ME)
Requirements:
  • S1
  • Maximum age 30 years

Structure Engineer (SE)
 Requirements:
  • Male / Female age max 30 Th
  • S1 Civil Education
  • Penguasai Image Work / RAB
  • Mastering AUTOCAD, MS Office, Software Structure: ETABS, SAP 2000
  • Experience in Property / Consultant min 3 Th
Legal Contracting (LC)
Requirements:
  • Graduates of the Bachelor of Law from the Universities
  • Women Max 30th
  • Work experience in the field of Property / Notary 2 - 3th
  • Mastering Computers MS Office / Word / Excel
  • Neat / Skilled in Archiving
  • Domicile jakarta and surrounding areas
Customer Care (CC)
Requirements:
  • S1 majoring in civil / IP architecture of the famous University Graduate Min 3.
