In year 2007 DSS entered the telecomunication infrastructure business by leasing BTS (Base Transceiver Station). In year 2009 DSS expanded its business by investing in coal mining at PT Bumi Kencana Eka  Sakti. Legal Officer [Thamrin - Jakarta]
Responsibilities:
  • Follow the established procedures and assist in variety of assigned legal projects.
  • Advise the company for various legal aspects.
  • Liaise with external functional or operational area specialists as required.
  • Prepare and review materials for compliance and contracts.
  • Monitor & update company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company’s business.
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Minimum S1 degree in law from reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Sound understanding and have experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, land permits, government agencies permits, and contract drafting.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant of work experience as legal officer or legal consultant is required.
  • Good team player and good communication skills.

Mechanical / Electrical Engineer [BSD - Serpong]
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 from reputable university

Welder [Serang]
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Got a welding certificate ( 6G – GTAW ) and passed at welding training.
  • Minimum education : Higher Sec.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in High Pressure Welding.
  • Maximum age 40 years old on December 31, 2011.
  • Expired: December 31, 2011   
Mechanical Engineer (Serang)
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Minimum D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering (energy conversion expertise)
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in boilers at Power Plant
  • Closing date : December 31, 2011
General Affairs Staff [South Sumatera]
Requirements:
  • Male and willing to be stationed in South Sumatera.
  • Minimum S1 degree in any related field with GPA > 3.0.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources or general affairs or land acquisition, preferably in power or mining industry.
  • Good team player, good communication skill, and good interpersonal skill.
