Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Airline Operation/Airport Management or equivalent.

Requirements:

Secretary To Director - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Understand official corespondence by mail or email, general business letter ( a  must ).
  • understand business langguage adn communication manner regarding the customer service.
  • Organize and coordinate directors diary and travel arrangement.
  • Filling and documentation of official and confidential letters/documents.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Fluent English ( Oral and Written ) , Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
