Job Description
- Data Analyst is responsible for the geoscience and engineering data management in the Business Unit or Affiliate, such as:
- Generate utilization reports, load balance across disks.
- Maintain data owner access matrices; conduct access reviews, Review ID and data access requests for completeness. Advise/ guide customers on general data access security issues.
- Create new projects, ensure choke points have correct ownership and permissions, add/delete user work areas.
- Request new databases, administer, monitor growth, ensure data loading standards are being followed. Responsible for mirroring the data in EMSDB/ RECALL to the appropriate application repositories (e.g. OpenWorks, GeoFrame, WellView, OFM).
Requirements of Candidate
- Bachelor degree in Geophysics, Geology, Geodesy, Electrical/ Physics/ Computer Engineering with minimum GPA 3.25 in 4.0 scales.
- Fresh graduate are welcome, but 1-2 years of working experience in related area would be an advantage.
- Functional understanding of Geoscience and Engineering data and applications, Linux/ Unix, Windows and basic scripting is required
- Able to work independently and flexible, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of leading a team and willing to be an effective team player
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- During commisioning, start up and through operations, will ensure FSO (Floating Storage Offloading) is operated and maintained in a safe and functional mode while managing multiple interfaces and expectations.
- Provides operability and operational safety inputs in the early stages of the project.
- Provide input into FSO conditions for the daily and “look-ahead” activity planning and progress reports
- Participates in the development of operating and maintenance procedures
- Participates on the System Completion team to initiate start up steps in an approved sequence or procedure.
- Hold a valid Class 1 (Chief Engineer – Steam or Motor) STCW certificate of competency for unlimited tonnage, with a Liquid Petroleum Endorsement.
- Have served for at least 3 years sea time as a Chief Engineer on Oil Tankers completing foreign voyages or a similar capacity on F[P]SO operation.
- Proof of valid STCW certificate of competency and large crude oil tanker sea time will be required.
- Advance level in spoken and written English language. Ability to prepare written reports in English is preferable.
- Some knowledge of oil field operations would be beneficial
- Relevant crude oil tanker experience is preferable.
- A high level of computer skills is essential.

- Responsible for the maintenance of all deck, engine room, accommodation and utility systems.
