Sales / Key Account Executive ( concrete & Aggregate ) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- To maintain the achievement of sales target, growth the market share in major project to meet the budget and continuing or update Readymix Concrete & Aggregates data to Vertical Integration data Base requirements. This position also responsible for aggregate sales. Also as key user and Trainer of SAP SD module
- Graduate for Civil Engineer Degree
- Good knowledge in Readymix Concrete & Aggregates Industry
- Have 4 year experince in Marketing and sales ready mix & aggregates concrete industry
- Computer literacy: Proficient with SAP-SD Module, word processing ( MS Office ),Lotusotus Notes and Vertical Integration Database ( VIDA )
- Good in English both oral or written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Good communication and presentation skill Initiative
- Experience and knowledge of working to sales target
- Ability to deal with people from all level of the business
- Ability to readerpret specification of key account project
- Strong influencer / negotiator
Responsibilities:
- To control Clinker & Cement supply chain and export business by ensuring related operational and
financial objectiveness are achieved and operations are optimized to improve operational and
financial performance - To compare and analyze planned vs actual result, liaise with supply chain & export management to
ensure accurate and proper reporting (Financial Accounting and Management Accounting) - To assist and work proactively with the operational until and the other department which requires
supporting financial data - To timely organize the company budget, latest estimates and Fin Plan in the area of logistic
- Graduate :
- University (S1) degree in Accountancy from a reputable university or Certified Management Accountant
- Experience :
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the accounting firm and or financial reporting area plus
- Experience in supply chain
- Computer literacy :
- Computer utilization for WINDOWS System, software application
- Such Word Processor MS Word and spreadsheet MS Excel
- Accounting, Financial Reporting & Computer Skills
- Language Good command of written & spoken English
- Other qualification / skills :
- Managing dead-lines and work load
- Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- To manage the Sales Support and Sales force within his/her control area in order to ensure sales volume, market coverage, market share, and profitability are achieved. To contribute to the development of and to execute Geocycle’s Sales Plan. To lead the commercial team to deliver on sales targets, develop new opportunities, motivate and lead the commercial team to reach stretch targets
- Bachelor degree in Technical or Business
- Experience :
- Min 1 years in current Position
- Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in selling of services.
- Experience in dealing effectively with people at all level within an organisation.
- Experience in dealing with customers and relevant government agencies.
- Previous experience in sales serving accounts and developing new accounts.
- Previous experience in developing and managing waste service contracts
- Computer literacy
- Fair command of English language will be an added advantage
- Other qualification / skills:
- Leadership and ability to lead a team of experienced sales personnel. Motivating, challenging and supporting this team to continue to deliver challenging targets.
