Internal Auditor Staff (IAS) - BekasiRequirements
  • Male, max : 27 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree in Accounting or Management
  • GPA : min 3.00  from reputable university
  • Working experience min 2 years in public accounting firm is favorable
  • Showing comprehensive knowledge in auditing system (standards and techniques)
  • Strong understanding in general accounting, tax practices, financial reports & related regulations.
  • High integrity, self motivated and result oriented, perseverance and able to work under pressure
  • Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) is an advantage.
  • Familiar with computer, and understand accounting software which related to the internal auditing system
  • Willingly to be located in our plant / factory
Manufacturing Engineering Staff (MES) - BekasiResponsibilities
  • Make a modification of jig, equipment, machineries regarding new model, minor or mayor change of product
  • Controlling performance of production tools & equipments periodically
  • Improvement production tools & equipments for quality up, productivity, safety and cost down
Requirements
  • Male, Maximum  27 years old
  • D3 / S1 degree in Engineering
  • GPA minimum 2.80 from reputable university
  • Familiar with computer and technical drawing programs is a must
  • Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) or Japanese would be very helpful.
  • Having minimum 1 (one) year experience in Manufacturing / Production Engineering especially in Automotive Industry would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
Service Area Supervisor (SAS) - BekasiResponsibilities
  • Evaluating business aspects, operational and human resources of Service operation network (Bengkel Resmi Suzuki )
  • Evaluating Service Quality Standard and performance of Bengkel Resmi Suzuki
  • Field coordinator of Service operation network within coverage area
Requirements
  • Male, Maximum  30 years old
  • S1 degree in Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 2.80 from reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 (two) years experience in Service operation network especially in Distribution or Dealer of Automotive Industry would be an advantage.
  • Good analytical,  interpersonal & communication skill is a plus point
  • Well proven in English communication skill (spoken & written) or Japanese would be very helpful.
Japanese Interpreter Staff (JIS) - BekasiRequirements
  • Male or Female with max. 45 years old
  • Certified Japanese language proficiency test Min. level 2 (Noryoku Shiken) is a must
  • Having an experience as interpreter min. 3 years in Japanese Manufacturing companies is preferred
  • Familiar with office application such as Ms-Office (Word, Excel,Power Point).
  • Have a working experience in Japan min. 2 years will be an advantage
Cost Accounting Supervisor (CAS) - BekasiResponsibilities
  • Perform cost accounting activities covering materials and production costs, cost of sales, product development, overhead costs, etc.
  • Compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variance
  • Coordinate physical inventory counts
  • Analyze and monitors raw material or units inventory
  • Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs; includes product margin reporting and analytics.
  • Provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.
Requirements
  • Male, max 35 years old
  • S1 – majoring in Accounting from reputable university
  • Computer skill : MS Office;
  • Minimum having 3 years experienced in Cost and Inventory
  • Having an excellent analysis skill
  • Fluent in English both of oral & written
