Service Officer Trainee (SOT)
Requirements

• Male, Single, age max 26 years old
• Fresh graduate, holding min Bachelor Degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mining Engineering from reputable university (min GPA 2.85)
• TOEFL Score: min 400
• Preferably having driving licenses (SIM A)  
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all branches
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia

Parts Officer Trainee (POT) 
Requirements

• Male, Single, max age 26 years old
• Fresh graduate, holding min Bachelor Degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, Math, Statistic from reputable university (min GPA 2.85)
• TOEFL Score: min 400
• Preferably has driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all branches
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia

Mechanic Trainee (MT) 
Requirements

• Male, Single, max age 25 years old
• Fresh graduate, holding min Diploma from Mechanical (Automotive, Mechatronic), Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment from reputable university (min GPA 2.85)
• TOEFL Score: min 300
• Preferably has driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all branches
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia

Administration Office Trainee (AOT)
 Requirements

• Male, max age 27 years old
• Fresh graduate, holding min Bachelor Degree from Management, Accounting, Economic, Business Administration (min GPA 3.00)
• Required Language: English
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all branches
• Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia

Technical Instructor Trainee (INT) 
Requirements

• Male, max age 30 years old
• Bachelor degree from Automotive Engineering (Min GPA 2.85)
• Have good communication skill
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta

Program Development Officer (PDO)
 Requirements

• Male, max age 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Automotive Engineering and others major (min GPA 2.85)
• Min 2 years related experience in creating service, parts and HR Training Module
• Have good enthusiasm in creating training module

Parts Product Specialist (PS) 
Requirements

• Male, max age 35 years old Holding bachelor degree from Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Business or Marketing
• Min 2-4 years related experience from parts technical, parts sales or parts marketing
• Responsible to support Parts sales (from conception to completion of the product they support) in order to ensure optimal sales result
• Good analytical as well as communication skill

Instructor Trainee - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Male, with max age 30 years old
• Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) from reputable University  (GPA 3.00)
• Min 1 years working experience in teaching or training areas (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Excel in delivering technical subject
• Language required : English (TOEFL score 450)
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in INTRACO PENTA’s branches
• Willing to travel

Administration Supervisor (AS) - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from Management, Accounting, Economy, Business Administration (min GPA 3.00) with min 2 years related experience

Administration Development Officer - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Can operate computer (Ms Office)
• Good analytical as well as communication skill
• Self motivated, good initiative and reliable

Customers Support Representative (CSR) Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Receive Customers Call (Customers needs or complaints) and record in a Log Book (Note Book).
• Directing, follow up, and monitoring the Customers Call progress until the customers issue is resolved.
• Update any progress of the Log Book.
• Calling or visiting the Customers.
• Set up a meeting between INTA and customers, record, and consolidating the meeting result.
• Create and maintain the customers data, such as customers background information, customers population unit, other documents and reports of daily activities.
• Helping any Senior CSR work in the related branches, under the direction of Senior CSR / SDH (Service Department Head) / Service Officer of Local Branch.

Requirements:

• Male, Single, max. 28 years old
• Bachelor degree, major from Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin) (min GPA 2.75)
• Fresh graduate
• In good health
• Having driving lisence (SIM C)
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches
• Willing to undergo two years official service

Training Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• Conduct for training process
• Evaluation for training program
• Initiates and compile training program
• Create and developing moduls

Requirements:

• Male and Female, with max age 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication/ Public Relations, Business Administration or its equivalent from reputable University  (GPA 3.00)
• Min 1 years relevant working experience (in teaching or training areas)
• Interest in developing people and excel in delivering management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication, motivation, etc)
• Good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel

Service Trainee - Jakarta
Requirements:

• Male, with max age 27 years old
• Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering from reputable University  (GPA 2.75)
• Fresh Graduate
