Officer Invoice Verification - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Process invoice verification to ensure vendor payment due date
- Provide and inform vendor about invoice status matters to reconcile invoice data
- Review all invoices to process reasonableness and accuracy all data in documents
- Gather and review issues and problems with related parties to ensure operational issues and problems arising are solved within appropriate time frame
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or Financial Management
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Finance & Accounting
- Having knowledge and understanding on Accounting
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of SAP (preferable)
- Basic analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and quality oriented
Responsibilities
- Achieving the Product Development goals for XL M-Ads by closely working with the internal product team as well as autonomously developing and managing strong relationships with strategic partnerships in particular in the digital space
- Responsible for and “own” all XL M-Ads activities in the territory
- Develop a deep understanding of the XL M-Ads products and how they apply to partnership opportunities as well as audience and revenue objectives
- Lead the development of audience and revenue opportunities, in three key areas of activities: Product Development, partnership management and insights sharing
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience in the digital/advertising space with at least 1-3 years spent in Product Development role.
- Have a strong product marketing, negotiation and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a reliable manner
- Have a tremendous attention to detail both in the context of business analysis as well as technical analysis
- Understand contract management, and opportunities identification, partnership successful management and internal team collaboration are
