HR Planning and Staffing Analyst  
Responsibilities 
To handle issues regarding Manpower Planning, Staffing and Organization Development Programs in providing the company with qualified and competent employees inclusive 
 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Preparing annual manpower Plan (recruitment plan, promotion plan, rotation plan)</li>
<li>Update, implement and follow up the annual manpower plan</li>
<li>Update the organization structure and job description to match bussines needs</li>
<li>Give recomendation to line manager regarding manpower issues that related to manpower allocation, job distribution, etc</li>
</ul>Requirements 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>University Degree (S-1) in Psychology or Law with min GPA 2,80 scale 4,00</li>
<li>Experience of 1-2 years in a related field, especially in oil & gas industry is preferable</li>
<li>Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)</li>
<li>Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required</li>
<li>Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills</li>
</ul>Contract Administrator  
Responsibilities 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>The responsibilities of position are to handle issues regarding contract and bid in assisting the companies on the procurement process in compliance to prevailing regulation (CNOOC regulation and government regulation),</li>
</ul>Requirements 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Minimum University Degree in Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, fresh graduate is acceptable.</li>
<li>Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)</li>
<li>Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required</li>
<li>Knowledge on procurement procedure and contract administration is beneficial</li>
</ul>Paramedic Occupational Health Administrator 
 Responsibilities 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Aids health official in staff capacity by coordinating Occupational health activity administrative services, such as employee health records, Occupational Health Record, Industrial Hygiene Record, and Health External Report</li>
</ul>Requirements 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma 3 Degree of Nursing</li>
<li>Computer literacy and English</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years especially in medical administration</li>
<li>Advance knowledge in First Aid and Occupational health</li>
<li>Preferably Experienced in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skill, helpful personnel</li>
</ul>Training Analyst - Jakarta Raya  
Responsibilities 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Conducts training needs analyses, determines the right training intervention to close the identified training needs, and evaluates result of implemented training intervention.</li>
</ul>Requirements 
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>University Degree (S-1) in Economic Management, Industrial Eng or Business Administration with min GPA 2,80 scale 4,00</li>
<li>Experience of 1-2 years in a related field, especially in oil & gas industry is preferable</li>
