HR Planning and Staffing Analyst
Responsibilities
To handle issues regarding Manpower Planning, Staffing and Organization Development Programs in providing the company with qualified and competent employees inclusive
- Preparing annual manpower Plan (recruitment plan, promotion plan, rotation plan)
- Update, implement and follow up the annual manpower plan
- Update the organization structure and job description to match bussines needs
- Give recomendation to line manager regarding manpower issues that related to manpower allocation, job distribution, etc
- University Degree (S-1) in Psychology or Law with min GPA 2,80 scale 4,00
- Experience of 1-2 years in a related field, especially in oil & gas industry is preferable
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities
- The responsibilities of position are to handle issues regarding contract and bid in assisting the companies on the procurement process in compliance to prevailing regulation (CNOOC regulation and government regulation),
- Minimum University Degree in Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, fresh graduate is acceptable.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft office is required
- Knowledge on procurement procedure and contract administration is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Aids health official in staff capacity by coordinating Occupational health activity administrative services, such as employee health records, Occupational Health Record, Industrial Hygiene Record, and Health External Report
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma 3 Degree of Nursing
- Computer literacy and English
- Minimum 2 years especially in medical administration
- Advance knowledge in First Aid and Occupational health
- Preferably Experienced in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skill, helpful personnel
Responsibilities
- Conducts training needs analyses, determines the right training intervention to close the identified training needs, and evaluates result of implemented training intervention.
- University Degree (S-1) in Economic Management, Industrial Eng or Business Administration with min GPA 2,80 scale 4,00
- Experience of 1-2 years in a related field, especially in oil & gas industry is preferable
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
