<b style="color: red;">Engineer Dispatch - Kalimantan Timur (Sangatta)</b><b> </b><br />
<b>Responsibilities</b><br />
<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Carry out inspections of the pit  daily to maintain an up to date  knowledge of the current pit  configuration and ensure current  configuration is maintained in the  systems.</li>
<li>Monitor equipment availability to ensure that Dispatcher is   allocating spare equipment to other pits where required and vise versa.</li>
<li>Manage the Dispatch systems by liaising with the MMS System   Admintrator and Dispatch Supervisors and carrying out activities such as   ensure changes to the system configuration is up-to-date, implementing   new procedures, system development, testing, modification of reports,   resolving problem raised by Dispatch Supervisors/Dispatcher.</li>
<li>Monitor the systems software and hardware performance and liaise   with Systems Administrator for any software/hardware problems and with   Pakter personnel for field units hardware maintenance.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the structure of the system using the available configuration utilities.</li>
<li>Ensure that the daily input of statistics for equipment without MMS installed is being entered accurately by monitoring data.</li>
<li>Inspect GPS external aerials and their mountings and all associated   system cabling for damage on equipment that is in for maintenance.</li>
<li>Regularly run the KPC TPMS report to identify faulty units and report to maintenance for further action.</li>
</ul><b>Requirements</b><br />
<ul style="text-align: left;"><li>S1 Engineering degree with 3 years  experience in open cut mining  operations, preferably with field  supervision, mine technical and  dispatching experience.</li>
<li>A very good knowledge of the MMS-Dispatch sysmtes and other Mine   Control systems such as TPMS, VIMS, PLM etc. both technical and   operational.</li>
<li>A good understanding of the UNIX operating system and its utilities,   MMS Dispatch software, communication protocols, computer networking,  PC  based software, and knowledge of dispatch hardware.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of coal mining terminology and mine engineering term and definition.</li>
<li>Excellent planning, analytical and organization skills.</li>

Responsibilities:<br />

<li>Communicate EMS requirements to all relevant operating managers/personnel.</li>
<li>Confirming the level of effectiveness of the EMS across the operation.</li>
<li>Liaising with external consultants and auditors.</li>
<li>Educate KPC employees to collaborate EMS requirements into daily activities.</li>
<li>Design, plan, exercise and supervise the program EMS – ISO 14001.</li>
<li>Define plan and control method of sequential process on how the certificate of ISO 14001 can be maintained.</li>
<li>Collect and identify legal and other requirements related to the ISO  14001 program.The legal matters may be as follows : Government  Regulations, Presidential Decrees, Ministerial Decrees, BAPEDAL Decrees,  Governor of East Kalimantan Decree, and Local Government Regulations.  Other relevant requirements to the operation : Licences and relevant  permits, any state or regional environmental planning or protection  policies, voluntary requirements, industry codes of practice, industry  guidelines, any formal agreements with government and any other relevant  orders or notices.</li>
<li>Obtain, review and if it is necessary redefine the environmental  objectives and targets of the Environmental Management System (EMS)  defined by the top management KPC related to the needs of the ISO 14001  program. The RKL may be the first source to start with the Environmental  Objectives and define the targets and plan a program accordingly on how  to achieve the defined targets.</li>
<li>Identify and plan training needs concerning with the ISO 14001  program. The trainings should essentially reflect the conformance with  the environmental policy and procedures and with the requirements of the  environmental management system that is defined in accordance with the  ISO 14001 program.</li>
<li>Prepare material training and provide training to all level of management regarding EMS as scheduled in annual training program.</li>
</ul>Requirements:<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Candidate must possess at least S1 Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.</li>
<li>At least 2 – 3  year of experience in environmental field  particularly with ISO 14001. Holding Lead Auditor ISO 14001 Certificate  is preferable.</li>

<li>Conduct field mapping, marks coal seam outcrops and other geological features and informs surveyor to pick them up.</li>
<li>Organize the collection of geotechnical and coal quality samples as requested by the particular department section.</li>
<li>Supervise other field operations-drill track clearing, pegging of drill-hole sites, geophysical logging.</li>
<li>Completes litho logical chip, core and reconciled log using  geophysical logs to ensure that thickness of litho logical units is  correct and accurately entered to the database.</li>
<li>Ensure that when reconciling the lighological logs that down-hole  geophysics are extensively used to correlate all the coal seams within  the borehole.</li>
<li>Liaise with Mine Geologist to coordinate drilling around active mine areas.</li>

<li>Develop monitoring and inspections plan, provide check list, form  team, determine the areas, carry out the works, analyze the results,  develop recommendations and provide reports to related parties.</li>
<li>Assist the Superintendent HSE EPD as well as EPD Departments &  Contractors in the safety campaign programs by conducting relevant  safety training and awareness to EPD KPC and Contractors employees, and  leading/ facilitating risk assessment, job safety analysis and planned  job observations.</li>
<li>Present safety statistics, incident recalls and any other safety  information relevant to the works performed within the designated areas  and provide gap analysis and action plan.</li>
<li>Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC’s Safety rules and regulation to all staff and contractors</li>
<li>Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC’s health and environmental  management policy, monitor operational activities to identify  non-conformances and taking the appropriate corrective measures.</li>
<li>Establish section’s HSE annual operational budget, manage and control its implementation.</li>
<li>To ensure the contractor’s HSE budget provided and do verifications to ensure KPC HSE requirement is implemented well.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate & manage the filing and administration of all HSES  documentation within EPD project both in manual and computerized  systems.</li>
</ul><div style="text-align: left;">Requirements:</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>S1 with at least 3 years experience or D3 with at least 5 years experience.</li>
<li>Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing to project management function.</li>
<li>Strong background in HSE and standard implementation.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all level from various departments/ divisions and contractors.</li>

Responsibilities<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;"><li>Supervise works done by MSD minor  contract contractor to ensure that work conducted is carried out in a  safe and timely manner, and time keeping is adhered to outlined task  priorities,</li>
<li>Coordinate work scheduling with KPCscheduler and Contractors  scheduler to sinergize works done by MSD minor contractors with work  done by KPCwork groups, OEM, supplier and other contractors,</li>
<li>Execute MSD Work Management process for work identification,  screening process, planning, scheduling, work execution, and work  closure in related with works included on MSD minor contracts,</li>
<li>Ensure that daily works schedule are conducted by Contractors to  ensure parts, materials and other resources are prepared in advance and  used efficiently,</li>
<li>Monitor performance of MSD minor contract contractors against agreed  KPI stated on contract document, ask contractors to develop action plan  for each below than agreed KPI performance and monitor compliance to  action plan,</li>
<li>Maintain history of maintenance work done by MSD minor contract  contractors, track/ trace part or component replacement related to works  under MSD minor contract,</li>
<li>Assist Superintendent of Maintenance Support on preparing and tendering MSD minor contracts,.</li>
<li>Liaise and coordinate all service and repair activities with other   coordinators, supervisors/ shift supervisors, and MOD personnel to align  the related activities.</li>
<li>Control the use of consumable parts, components, and labour in line  with maintenace guidelines so that the cost efficiency of equipment is  contributed.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly house keeping inspection at contractor works area,  and monthly equipment inspections, implementing safety health, and loss  control elements to minimize accidents and / or incidents at the work  place.</li>
<li>Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers and or dealers to  resolve, identify, implement and improve service, product support, and  equipment problems.</li>
<li>Liaise with MOD people to resolve, identify and improve contractors service and equipments problems.</li>
<li>Liase with MSD Electric coordinator and Auto electricic Supervisors  to identify and resolve all technical, safety and  supervision aspect  related to MSD Minor contract works and performance.</li>
<li>Report all accidents and incidents involving MSD minor contract  contractors to enable management to identify areas for improvement in  work practices.</li>
</ul><div style="text-align: left;">Requirements</div><ul style="text-align: left;"><li>S1 Graduate from Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering with 3 years working experience</li>
<li>Understand contract management system is advantages</li>
<li>Understand how to develop contract, maintain contract KPI and how to monitor contract</li>
<li>Analytical, problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.</li>
<li>Understanding of computerised maintenance and warehousing systems.</li>
<li>Planning, backlog, and scheduling skills and experience.</li>
<li>Leadership skills to direct and motivate the team.</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of KPCpolicies, procedures and regulations impacting Mine Maintenance</li>
