CCF (Customer Care Frontliner) - Bogor
Responsibilities:
- Giving solutions assistance to customers inquiries from all the open accesses, in terms of giving valid information related to products, services, order process in the goal to acquire customer memorable experience from all various types consumer behavior and performing customers marketing research also campaigns, to enhance and assuring the satisfaction and loyalty of Holcim’s Brand.
- Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
- Experience A working experience of min. 2yrs in Call Centers or in Customer Service.
- A strong customer focus minded
- A team player with strong interpersonal skill as well as a team player
- Independent, discipline, with adequate analytical skills.
- Highly attentive to detail, ability to do multi – task job, as well as problem and complaint solving.
- Ability to perform in time-pressures and shifting working hours to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office – Excell, Word and Power Point, Call Center applications.
- Compulsory of good communication skills in Bahasa and English, both oral and written
Responsibilities:
- To run activities of Concrete Quality Control and Quality Assurance to produce good product quality, high value, and achieved budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner. To be actively in the establishment of additional concrete operation which will support the long term business objectives of the company.

- Graduate with Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Diploma (D3) of Civil Engineering
- Experience :
- Min 1 year in current position
- Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in QA/ QC – R&D – Technical support areas of a concrete manufacturing environment
- Computer literacy :
- Computer utilization for WINDOWS System, software application
- Such Word Processor MS Word and spreadsheet MS Excel
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills :
- Understand concrete technology covering concrete raw
- material testing, concrete sampling, curing, testing and evaluating
- Understand concrete troubleshooting and solution for customer and operation
- Sufficiency in a wide scope of specialist area associated with quality monitoring and controlling support of high volume production activity
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
- Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business Knowledge of construction industry and concrete application
Responsibilities:
- Receive documents complete and accurate order information from customer in order to maximize service while minimizing non-productive time of equipment and personal. Dispatches trucks in a timely fashion to ensure the targeted service level and cost
- Graduate for Diploma from all disciplines with experience
- Experience :
- Minimum 2-3 years in concrete, aggregates and building product industry
- Minimum 2-3 years in production or customer service
- SAP modul SD ; Ms. Office; Lotus Note &Internet
- Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English( oral and written )
- Other qualification / skills:
- Having Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- High motivation & target oriented
- Good Organizational and planning skills
- Basic Market area Knowledge
