- To ensure all communications, both above the line (newspaper, radio/TV commercial, and tabloid) and below the line (mailler, catalogue special edition and banners) for unit business.
- Graduated from Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing
- At least having experienced in the same position for 3 years particularly in project technical implementations
- Having good skill in concept design with creativity and good skill analyze as well
- Excellent in English both oral and written is beneficial.

- To find and negotiate the best suitable location for Supermarket, Hypermarket of Giant / Hero, and Starmart minimart as well according to its format and market trend and monitor and update all competitor’s data.

- Having experience in the same field at least 4 years particularly in site / property selection as user
- Knows well the cities in Java Island (West/Mid/East), Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi
- Having excellent Skill in negotiations and communication as well
- English proficiency both oral and written is a must
- Good computer literacy
