Supervisor - Contract Administration - Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
- Management of e-filling and hard copy document related to tender and contract to be classified in appropriate category with a clear identification for easy searching.
- Monitoring circulation (in or out) of document in Library.
- Registration and monitoring of document circulated in internal or external KPCfor approval and/or review.
- Development and maintenance of contractual database such as contract value data, retention data, bond record, commercial info.
- Preparing, inputting and maintenance of online Contract Administration data.
- Involvement in improvement of tender and contract forms.
- Development of report such as saving report, work load report, progress report, monthly report.
- Development of report production tools such as spread sheet or other.
- Supervision to Contract Officer(s).
- Development of contract document to be reviewed by Specialist Contract(s) and/or Superintendent Contract and/or other related management.
- Drafting of letter, minutes of meeting, and simple minor contract variation.
- Arrangement of invitation, meeting room booking, transportation, accommodation, and other to support meeting.
- Contract expire date monitoring and updating.
- Provide training on Advance Contract Administration to end user.
Requirements:
- S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 years experience or Diploma with at least 5 years experience.
- Computer literacy including knowledge in Advance Contract Administration system.
- Sound knowledge of natures of contracts and contract drafting.
- Knowledge of filing system, database system, and general contractual issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good planning and organizing skill and good manpower management and supervision as required.
- Knowledge of Ellipse System (not essential).
Graduate Safety Audit OHS - Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead safety audit teams in the planning and execution of Fatality Prevention Elements Audits of KPC Departments and Registered Contractors.
- Lead safety audit teams in performing CMS Type of Work Assesment as requested by the KPC Contract Committee.
- Provide formal feedback on the findings and recommendations of audits and assessments to KPC KPC and Contractor management.
- Promptly develop and distribute formal reports, which meet the required standard, based on the findings and recommendations of the audits and assessments.
- Respond to queries relating to audits and assessments from the auditees.
- Provide support to Contractor and KPC Departments on the implementation of the improvement actions as highlighted within the audit and assessment reports.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Contractors having unsatisfactory audit result of Fatality Prevention Element to increase safety compliance level thereby meeting the minimum compliance score established by KPC Management.
- Coordinate the Quarterly Safety Communication Meeting (SAFCON).
- Attend Safety Audit Section meetings and contribute towards the overall coordination and improvement of the Safety Audit Program.
- Perform reguler tasks as Safety Representative and conduct building inspections.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- Higher degree or additional cource in OHS Management System and/or Previous work experiences in reputable Coal Mining be an advantage.
- Having personal quality of honesty, objectivity, trustworthy, decisive and diligence in performing duties and responsibilities.
