Role Synopsis
- All of BP’s oil and gas production passes through steel equipment as it travels from the underground reservoir to our customers. Our materials and corrosion engineers ensure our oil and gas remains safely inside the equipment, which has a major impact on the safety of our people, the environment and our profitability.
- As a graduate in materials and corrosion engineering, you will ultimately work towards the long-term integrity and reliability of all our assets. While receiving focussed training, you’ll be given challenging projects to work on which represent current problems facing our industry.

- At minimum Bachelor Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Metallurgy Engineering from reputable university.
Role Synopsis :
- Mechanical engineering is vital to BP. We ensure safe and reliable plant operation, over the life of an asset in a cost effective manner. Preventing hydrocarbon releases, maximising equipment uptime and ensuring quality projects are delivered to schedule and budget.
- Mechanical engineers support operations and projects around the world. They work in project teams with major contractors, ensuring the correct selection, specification and construction of mechanical equipment and systems, as part of building new facilities or modifying existing assets; or they work in asset teams within operations to develop and implement maintenance programmes, monitoring equipment performance and investigating operational difficulties.
- The Challenge Programme, our graduate development programme, gives you real responsibility and a great variety of work backed up with plenty of support. You’ll work individually and within teams and often represent BP and direct other parties doing work for us.
- At minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
Role Synopsis :
- BP has identified more new reserves of oil and gas per year than have been produced, so we’re now keen to push technological boundaries to balance the excellent discovery track record with improved hydrocarbon recovery. The Petroleum/Reservoir Engineer Challenger will be essential to ensure we do just that.
- The Challenger will focus on understanding the state of hydrocarbon fluids in the rock and how they can be economically recovered through well placement and improved recovery techniques.

Role Synopsis :

Join us and you will be involved in everything from field-located instrumentation to the control and safety systems through to high-level process information management systems. This could include involvement in plant and field operations, in making modifications to enhance the reliability and responsiveness of our control schemes, in the design and installation of projects or in specialist technology support.

Role Synopsis :
- Fresh graduate with environment engineering engineering background would be eligible to apply to this position. Joining the Environment Team, the Challenger will be part of a vital cross-business, global discipline. The Challenger will help us ensure the safety of our sites, the well-being of our people and controlled impact on the environment – all absolutely are fundamental to our work.

Role Synopsis :
- Joining the Challenge Program in Geoscience Team, you will be heavily involved in everything from exploration and appraisal, development to production.
- The Challenge Program builds hands-on experience and skills with each step of every project. You will soon be adept at assessing hydrocarbon potential, planning, acquiring, processing and evaluating seismic, well and rock data.

- The Health & Safety Challenger provides dynamic Health & Safety support to the business. The role works with a fully integrated team of Health & Safety professionals and technical specialists to ensure alignment with BP group standards, regulatory and statutory requirements and other best practices, to ensure risk is systematically and proactively managed.

- The candidate is expected to have:
- Outstanding academic achievement provided with GPA records minimum 3,0
- Strong leadership experience in organization activity
- Strong analytical skill with problem solving attitude
- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral and written
- Good understanding of the importance of safety in operation (Civil, Electrical, Material, Process, Mechanical, Health and Safety)
