Plan, organize and perform Job Analysis activities and organization studies to develop well-defined and updated Job Description (JD) in TEPI, and structured job database in system :
- Conduct job analysis on the existing and new jobs within organization to be complied with agreed standardization in order to provide reliable, qualified and systematic Job Description in TEPI organization.
- Maintain the job catalogue structures in TEPI organization in terms of job database, validity and JD repository in system to ensure the reliability of JD documents to support HR Processes.
- Conduct organization studies and technical assistance for divisions in compliance with methodology.
- Support the event of job evaluation to provide valid Job description for the committee.
- Bachelor Degree in any major, with minimum GPA : 2,75
